Design thinking is a design process that begins with empathy and deep listening. Rather than beginning with an end goal and forcing a need for the designated product to fill, we start with identifying needs. This is done by conducting personal interviews with those involved. Once a need has been identified, we brainstorm and strategize a way to meet the needs that have been identified.
