Dwight Twilley is the father of power pop and a world renown, critically acclaimed, singer/songwriter.
He is comprised of two things, power pop and straight ahead rockabilly.
His two main hits were 1976’s “I’m On Fire”, and his 1985 duet with fellow label mate, Tommy Petty, “Girls”, which was an huge MTV hit, followed by “Sincerely”, “Why Do You Wanna Break My Heart”, “Somebody To Love”, and “Looking for the Magic”.
